Cancellations
- Up to 60 Days in Advance: A $45.00 administration fee will
be charged. Deposit will be returned less appropriate credit card fee and admin fee
- 59 - 31 Days in Advance: Deposit is forfeited
- Less than 30 Days in Advance: Balance of vacation forfeited unless vacation can be rescheduled. Guest
will pay any changes in rates for new vacation dates
- A
minimum deposit of $300 is required for Easter and Christmas, any other time a minimum of 10% deposit required unless
booking within one month of arrival then full payment is due at time of booking.

Card Fees: 3% for US cards, 4% for US business cards, 5% for all other cards
